มีหน้าที่หลักในการประสานงานและจัดการงานธุรการประจำวันของบริษัท เช่น การดำเนินการเอกสาร การจัดประชุม การจัดหาอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน การจัดการการเข้าร่วมงานของพนักงาน ฯลฯ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานธุรการของบริษัทเป็นไปอย่างเป็นระเบียบ
Qualifications
- เพศชาย - หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านธุรการ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีทักษะการประสานงานและการสื่อสารภายในองค์กรที่ดีเยี่ยม
- สามารถจัดการงานธุรการต่างๆ ได้อย่างเหมาะสม
- ใช้ Word, Excel, PowerPoint ฯลฯ ได้อย่างดีเยี่ยม
- มีวินัย ละเอียดรอบคอบ เข้มงวดในการทำงาน มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
