Job Descriptions
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารบิลซื้อและจัดทำตั้งหนี้
- จัดทำใบรับวางบิลและตรวจสอบวันครบกำหนดชำระ
- จัดทำเอกสารเตรียมจ่ายชำระหนี้ และตรวจสอบการจ่ายเงินให้ถูกต้อง
- จัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้ส่งเสริมการขายและจัดทำใบเสร็จรับให้เงินให้บริษัทคู่ค้า
- จัดทำรายงานเจ้าหนี้คงค้าง และวิเคราะห์อายุเจ้าหนี้ทุกสิ้นเดือน
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาการบัญชี (ยินดีพิจารณาเด็กจบใหม่)
- ละเอียด รอบคอบ
- มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- เจรจาต่อรอง
