Job Descriptions
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology. •2-3 Years Experience in Microsoft product: Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Windows Service (CA, DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, Print Sharing, FTP/FTPS/sFTP). •Fair communicates in English. •Knowledge of scripting such as PowerShell script, VBscript, Batch script. •Knowledge of VDI (Citrix, VMWare). •Knowledge of Cloud Service: Azure AD, Exchange Online, O365, Intune, VMware Workspace One (AirWatch). •Experience in Microsoft product: Active Directory, Windows Server Roles and Windows Services (e.g, CA, DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, Print Sharing, FTP/FTPS/sFTP) •Have good understanding and proven experiences in servers and client management and application deployment (over LAN, WAN and VPN) •Able to learn new technologies quickly. •Have great service mind. •Strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities. •Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
  1. Manage and support Cloud services such as O365, Hybrid Azure AD, Intune, VMware Workspace One (AirWatch).
  2. Manage and Support On-premise Microsoft Product (Window Server Roles, Active Directory, CA, etc).
  3. Conduct proof-of-concept testing with Engineering teams and evaluation of new products/solutions integrate with Microsoft product
  4. Configure, update, and Maintenance and Service support relate Windows Server Roles, and Relate Microsoft product
  5. Work with internal cross functional teams to standardize solution and implementation.
  6. Incident management, troubleshooting, and performing root cause analysis.
  7. Coordinating with user for project installation, implementation and project management.
  8. Coordinate with the other parties and vendors to find the right solution.
  9. Support user request and troubleshooting user problems.
  10. Other tasks as assigned.
