Key Responsibilities / Job Description
- Source and recruit candidates with qualifications suitable for the company's needs.
- Make an interview with the candidates.
- Organize activities to develop employees both internally and with partner companies, both domestically and internationally.
- Prepare hiring documents and other related documents.
- Contact with external agencies/companies to support company activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by head of department manager.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Human Resources & Recruitment in manufactory is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Experience in the position will be considered a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Creative, flexible, and have a positive work attitude.
- Able to work overtime if necessary.
- Able to work on Saturdays (first and last week of each month)
