Gender and Education Background: Male, with a bachelor's degree or above, and aged 30 or below.​ Professional Background: Major in engineering - related fields, possessing a solid foundation of professional knowledge. A good understanding of engineering principles and practices is essential to handle various tasks in the preparatory stage, such as evaluating the technical feasibility of potential warehouse and office locations.​ Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Thai is required to ensure seamless communication in the workplace. This includes the ability to communicate effectively with local suppliers, landlords, and potential business partners, as well as to understand and convey complex information accurately.​ Experience Advantage: Candidates with direct sales or channel distribution experience in industrial products or building materials will be given priority. Such experience enables a better understanding of industry demands. For example, those with sales experience can better anticipate the storage and display needs of products, which is beneficial for the selection of appropriate warehouse and office spaces.​ Benefits​ Salary Structure: The monthly salary ranges from 30,000 to 45,000 Thai Baht, plus performance - based bonuses. The specific salary will be determined according to individual capabilities, ensuring a fair and rewarding system that reflects the value of each employee's contributions.​ Career Development: After the completion of the preliminary work, outstanding candidates will have the valuable opportunity to be transferred to the salesperson position.
