Job Descriptions
Responsible for overseeing the secure and compliant destruction of sensitive data across an organization. Ensuring all electronic and physical storage devices containing confidential information are properly erased or physically destroyed according to established policies and regulations. Create comprehensive guidelines for data destruction processes, including retention periods, destruction methods, and compliance with relevant Data privacy/ PDPA laws. Source and oversee third-party data destruction vendors, ensuring they meet security standards and compliance requirements, and negotiate contracts for data destruction services. Maintain a detailed inventory of all Personal data stored across the organization, tracking their lifecycle and identifying data source that require destruction.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in IT / Business Computer, MBA is preferred.
  2. 3 years’ experience in PDPA and Data Classification Management.
  3. 2 years' experience with responsible for management of business processes.
  4. Project Management experience is preferred.
