Job Descriptions
- วางแผนและพัฒนา Concept งานอีเว้นท์ ร่วมกับ Creative ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า - ควบคุมงานออกแบบ (Design) ให้เป็นไปตามแนวคิดและงบประมาณที่กำหนด - คำนวณต้นทุนและบริหารงบประมาณของโครงการให้มีประสิทธิภาพ - ควบคุมคุณภาพงาน ระยะเวลาการดำเนินงาน และการส่งมอบงานให้ตรงตามกำหนด - ดูแลและประสานงานระหว่าง Producer, Co-Producer, Supplier เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานราบรื่น - ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า ดูแลความต้องการ และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี - แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและตัดสินใจได้อย่างรวดเร็วเพื่อให้งานสำเร็จลุล่วง
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์ใน งานอีเว้นท์ โดยเฉพาะ Corporate Event, Grand Opening / Product Launching, Exhibition Booth, Trade Fair อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
  2. มีความเข้าใจเรื่อง การออกแบบงานอีเว้นท์ และสามารถควบคุมการทำงานของทีมดีไซน์ได้
  3. มีทักษะการคำนวณต้นทุนและบริหารงบประมาณอย่างแม่นยำ
  4. มีความสามารถในการ บริหารโครงการ ควบคุมระยะเวลา และต้นทุนการดำเนินงาน
  5. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและเจรจากับลูกค้าและทีมงานทุกฝ่าย
  6. มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  7. หากมีประสบการณ์ ความละเอียดรอบครอบ ในการควบคุมการทำงาน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
