Job Descriptions- Respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant information regarding agricultural services.
- Customer liaison, both International and domestic customers.
- Address and resolve minor operational issues efficiently to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate the collection, preparation, and dispatch of samples for analysis as requested by customers.
- Open and manage job orders based on the scope of work defined by clients.
- Prepare and issue certificates or reports in accordance with client requests and company standards.
- Maintain organized records of all customer interactions, sample management, and job orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of work.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in customer service, operations, or a similar role.
- Excellence in English competency (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize customer needs.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
