Job Descriptions1.Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e. g. internal, supplier, customer, and customer warranty) Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
2.Manage and coordinate customer claim, customer problem solving on time, cost recovery, customer warranty and customer quality audits
3.Carry out product and process auditing Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively
4.Sample approvals and participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements
5.Stop production in the event of manufacture of unacceptable goods/processes
6.Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (IATF 16949 / ISO9001) Write product inspection/testing procedures and/or work instructions Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process, or system
7.Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents ensure quality of inspected items meet project requirement and standard.

10.Responsible for create the pre-launch process control plan and organize to review it then distribute and training relate people;
