Job Descriptions

- Oversee quality control throughout the entire construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards - Conduct inspections and approvals for critical construction phases to verify quality compliance. - Review material certifications and supervise sampling/testing to prevent the use of substandard materials. - Manage quality records (e.g., inspection reports, hidden work approvals) to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory standards. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party agencies for stage-wise inspections and final project handover. - Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 quality management systems and support internal/external audits. - Monitor safety and environmental practices to mitigate quality-related risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of QC experience in construction projects (e.g., infrastructure,Viaduct).
Proficient in construction quality standards (e.g., “ISO 9001 ).
Ability to draft quality plans, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and technical documentation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
Have Quality Control Certification, or Construction Engineer License (preferred).
Possess strong English communication skills.
