Job Descriptions
-เขียนแบบ
-ถอดปริมาณ BOM/BOQ
-เขียนแผนงานด้วย MS. Project
-ยื่นเสนอประมูลงาน
-ประสานงานกับวิศวกรของลูกค้า (แบบ,interface,schedule,un-seen problem,etc.)
-ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการในกรณีมีการขออนุญาตก่อสร้าง
Qualifications
- เพศชาย 27 ปีขึ้นไป
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาโยธา สาขาก่อสร้าง หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารโครงการอย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Autocad , Sketchup ได้ดี
- มีความรู้ความสามารถในการใช่้โปรแกรม Microsoft Project ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Auto CAD, Sketchup, Microsoft Project ,Revit
- สามารถขับรถยนต์และมีใบอนุญาติขับขี่รถยนต์ และสามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้
- มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน ( Positive Attitude )
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี ทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
