Job Descriptions

- Assist customers in preparing and reviewing required customs documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.). - Verify and process all customs paperwork to ensure timely and accurate customs clearance. - Work closely with customs brokers to ensure compliance with local and international customs regulations. - Troubleshoot and resolve any customs-related issues, such as delays, discrepancies, or missing documents. - Coordinate with other departments (logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth processing of shipments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management or any related field.
At least 0-3 years of experience in Customs Clearance (Import/Export-Automotive) field.
Good command of both written and spoken in English
Computer Literacy in MS Office, familiar with SAP would be an advantage
Ability to work under pressure with high sense of responsibility
