Job Descriptions1.Customer relationship building (acquisition & maintenance)
•Maintain and improve the relationships with our worldwide key accounts.
•Develop effective sales strategies and present this to management.
•Follow, meet and exceed agreed sales targets and report the results.
•Perform regular customer visits where you will be travelling around 50% of your working time.
2.Business development
•Find or create new opportunities, not limited but mainly in the automotive market;
•Identify and discuss mutual benefits for our customers and Senko where we extend our role as distributor by offering several value added services that make our customer’s life easier and more profitable;
•Advise Senko’s higher management about business opportunities and possible supply chains that can be set up to improve or extend our existing business or create new business;
3.Oversee the quotation process
•Support the quotation process, handled by the inside sales department, between supplier and customer to meet their demands and provide them with continuous support;
•Identify key selling points that can increase the win-rate.
4.Support the Sales and Operations departments
•Perform trouble shooting and find solutions for the ever changing customer’s needs;
•Research and communicate new products that can be added to the company’s portfolio;
5.Customer Service
•Provide excellent customer service, common for Japanese companies, in order to ensure recurring and increasing sales;
Qualifications - -Thai Nationality
- - Age 26 to 40 years old.
- - Male/Female
- -Bachelor’s degree in any filed.
- - At least 4 years’ experience in Sales Automotive Business.
- -Fluent English (oral & written)
- -Familiar with general automotive supply chain processes in Senko’s role as wholesale distributor
- -Deployment of a consistent risk management framework for all mentioned products, maximising value minimising risk / cost
- -Previous customer, supplier colabortion preferably within automotive market with success experiences
- -Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Great interpersonal skills and customer service
- -Take initiative when necessary and be able to delegate and mediate, ability to make quick decisions and act if the situation requires
- -Pursue continuous improvement by making the organization and processes lean and efficient
- -Strong attention to details and ability to multitask in a fast paced, dynamic and team-driven environment. Hands-on mentality and not afraid to pioneer in certain circumstances
- -Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work effectively with little supervision. Responsible, goal oriented and organized
- -Good listening skills and the ability to manage and motivate others
- -Show confidence, pro-activeness and the willingness to take new challenges.
