Job Descriptions

- Overall planning of the management of the material control department, department team building, system building. - Coordinating with manufacturing and suppliers on short and long-term production forecasts and expected deliverable. - Responsible for customer delivery, follow up the overall production schedule, material delivery schedule. Meanwhile, coordinate all kinds of exceptions to ensure the orderly execution of the plan. - Requirements, etc. Plan manpower demand in advance ,and recruit manpower for personnel. - Department to arrange material replenishment, material progress monitoring. - Review customer order, reply and follow up customer delivery time. Achieve customer delivery requirements. - Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure purchasing strategies are maximized. - Manage inventories of raw materials and finished goods. - Develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.
More than 3 years PMC manager experience.
Has good skills in providing knowledge and understanding of standard system.
Proficient in ERP system operation and operation.
Knowledge of inventory management.
Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management.
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, Chinese is a plus.
Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
