Job Descriptions
- Developing and Implementing purchasing strategies to optimize cost and enhance supply chain efficiency
- Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suitable suppliers based on criteria like quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to ethical/sustainability standards
- Negotiating favorable contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, payment conditions, and mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align procurement activities with organizational goals
- Managing supplier relationships, including ongoing performance evaluation, issue resolution and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Monitoring inventory levels, analyzing demand patterns and implementing inventory management strategies to manage stock levels and avoid shortage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 10 years of experience as purchasing and supply chain management in any manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, strategies and best practices
- Strong skills in budgeting, cost optimization and negotiation techniques
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
