Job Descriptions

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of engineering projects from inception to completion. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Quality Control, etc.) to ensure project objectives are met. 3. Oversee the technical aspects of injection molding processes, assembly operations, and electronic device production. 4. Create detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and technical specifications. 5. Monitor and control project progress, resolve issues, and manage project risks. 6. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards. 7. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns. 8. Lead project meetings and documentation for project tracking. 9. Manage the sourcing and procurement of materials and components required for projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in injection molding, assembly, or electronics manufacturing.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and project management techniques.
Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken). Chinese language skills are a plus.
