Job Descriptions1. Employee care and welfare: manage employee welfare, health and psychological care, organize employee activities, collect feedback to improve employee satisfaction.
2. Worker management: Responsible for daily management of workers, dormitory and catering arrangements, assist in recruitment and turnover procedures, and deal with worker problems.
3. Administrative logistics: Handle daily administrative affairs, such as office supplies procurement, meeting arrangements, logistics support, and ensure a clean and orderly working environment.
