Job Descriptions
1. Employee care and welfare: manage employee welfare, health and psychological care, organize employee activities, collect feedback to improve employee satisfaction. 2. Worker management: Responsible for daily management of workers, dormitory and catering arrangements, assist in recruitment and turnover procedures, and deal with worker problems. 3. Administrative logistics: Handle daily administrative affairs, such as office supplies procurement, meeting arrangements, logistics support, and ensure a clean and orderly working environment. 4. Other tasks: Assist superiors to complete temporary tasks of employee care, worker management and administrative logistics.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. Can use Chinese and Thai, or English and Thai as working languages.
  3. At least 2 years working experience in related industry
  4. Have good business understanding and insight, can quickly understand and in-depth business.
  5. Positive, good communication skills, patient and careful in work.
