Job Descriptions

1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines for production, assembly, and electronic device manufacturing. 2. Work closely with production teams to ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and labor for the successful execution of projects. 3. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. 4. Prepare resource allocation plans and coordinate the timely procurement of necessary materials and equipment. 5. Perform capacity planning and optimization to improve production efficiency. 6. Prepare and update progress reports, including status updates, timelines, and resource utilization metrics. 7. Evaluate and optimize project planning processes, recommending improvements to increase productivity. Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures during project execution. 8. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Production, Engineering, and Quality Control) to ensure smooth project delivery. 9. Analyze and report on production data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and on budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or project management in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong understanding of production processes and planning principles, including injection molding and assembly.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken). Chinese language skills are a plus.
