Job Descriptions
•Open and process air freight documents in the cargo system.
•Handle document verification and unpacking processes.
•Review and apply Incoterms and customs clearance procedures to ensure compliance.
•Oversee both import and export air freight operations.
•Coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules to ensure timely shipments.
•Prepare and process cost analysis and billing documents.
•Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Air Freight Operation.
- Experience in both import and export processes.
- Familiarity with Incoterms and customs clearance procedures.
- Good communication skills in English and Thai.
