Job Descriptions
- Oversee the daily operations of Beneunder retail stores to ensure efficiency and excellence. - Develop and implement retail strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. - Lead and support store teams, providing training and performance evaluations. - Manage inventory, stock levels, and logistics to maintain optimal supply chain operations. - Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and local regulations. - Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events. - Analyze sales reports and consumer trends to develop data-driven strategies. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including headquarters and regional partners.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in retail management, store operations, or a related field.
  2. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  4. Fluency in Thai and Mandarin (highly preferred) to coordinate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders; English proficiency is a plus.
  5. Experience in fashion, outdoor gear, or lifestyle retail is an advantage.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
