Job Descriptions
We are looking for a driven and business-minded Business Development to help expand our presence in the interior design and construction industry. This role is ideal for someone who understands luxury interiors, construction processes, and developer relationships. Key Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in interior design and construction. - Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, architects, hotel owners, and high-end clients. - Pitch and present our interior design services to potential clients. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets. - Stay updated on market trends and competitors in the interior design and construction industry. - Work closely with the design team to ensure seamless project execution for clients. Qualifications
  1. Age: 30 – 40 years old.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years in sales, business development, or account management in the interior design, real estate, or construction sector will be advantage.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of luxury interior design, project sales, and high-end clients is a big advantage.
  4. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Sales-Driven Mindset: Must be comfortable working in a low base salary, high commission structure.
  6. Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in Thailand (work permit is NOT provided).
