Job Descriptions

1. Collecting all information from earlier shift and distribution the work at beginning of each shift as per production plan and work order instruction. 2. Continuously control the workers are working at the speed required according to production planning and work order assigned machine hour, deals and resolve immediately all problems and critical issue. 3. Utilizes the Team Leaders especially to deal with specific technical problems, special working operations, to properly manage the machinist for the machines to substitute absent personnel. “Machine not working has to be considered the worst problems”. 4. Fully commits in order to achieve the targets established in the Weekly Production Program, making his best effort to give to the Superintendent results in line with what has been planned. 5. In case of complicated problems to be resolve, request immediately direct Superintendent intervention. 6. Managing process and material flows, space management, and working with the Engineering group to maximize utilization of space designated for specific operations area. 7. Interacting and liaising with the other workshop teams to prioritize backorders or urgency work. 8. Controls and monitor the proper function and condition of each machine, inform immediately Maintenance department & Manager in case of machine malfunction/breakdowns, follow up closely and interacts with Maintenance department until the machines are recover and finished repaired. Ensures working tools and PPE (personal protection equipment) are always available and in good conditions in his Area. 9. Involve & participate of TPM and 5S project.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
2-3 years in related field and good leadership and good experience in managing staffs.
Good knowledge and understanding of CNC machine and machining process such as Turning / Milling / Multitasking / Grinding / Honing / Boring machine.
Good in generate CNC program.
Good experience and understanding of quality inspection on the work piece.
Able to use AutoCAD to draw simple drawing.
Interpreting skill of codes, standards and procedures.
Able to work as a team
Positive thinking and able to take on a pressure and challenge.
