Job Descriptions
-Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices and printers
-Troubleshoot and resolve end user application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation
-Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure.
-Other duties include performing first level troubleshooting and support for scheduled server backups, system monitoring and reports

เวลาทำงาน กะเช้า 7.00 – 16.00 ค่ากะ 50 บาทต่อวัน
กะบ่าย 11.00 – 20.00 ค่ากะ 50 บาทต่อวัน
กะดึก 20.00 – 8.00 ค่ากะ 150 บาทต่อวัน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาระบบสารสนเทศ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (support user ต่างชาติ)
- มีประสบการณ์ฝึกงานด้าน IT หรือ Service Desk
