Qualifications

Significant experience in managing logistics and warehousing operations within a multicultural environment – gained in either a logistics/transport company or an in-house logistics function
Advanced knowledge in logistics, road transport and freight forwarding
Excellent knowledge and practical application of fatigue management and safety processes
Previous expatriate working experience in developing country is desirable
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
High levels of enthusiasm and energy combined with a proactive approach
Strong commitment to training and supporting the growth of the team
