Job Descriptions
- Sharpening & Reconditioning Cutting Tools – Perform regrinding and manufacturing of cutting tools such as drills, end mills, reamers, and taps using Manual & CNC grinding machines.
- Cutting Tool Design & Revision – Design and modify cutting tools (New & Revise) based on production requirements.
- Stock & Cost Control – Manage inventory and control costs related to cutting tools.
- Troubleshooting & Support – Monitor and resolve cutting tool performance issues in the production line.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- Experience in cutting tool grinding or tooling design is required
- Strong knowledge of CNC & Manual grinding machines
- Ability to analyze and solve cutting tool performance issues
