หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
สนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคและแก้ไขปัญหาฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ และเครือข่าย
ติดตั้งและบำรุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ เครื่องพิมพ์ และอุปกรณ์ IT
เฝ้าระวังและดูแลประสิทธิภาพเครือข่าย LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi
จัดการและอัปเดตซอฟต์แวร์ รวมถึงการสำรองข้อมูล
ป้องกันภัยคุกคามไซเบอร์และดูแลการควบคุมการเข้าถึง
ดูแลเอกสาร IT และการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด
สนับสนุนโครงการ IT และให้การฝึกอบรมด้านความปลอดภัย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีด้าน IT หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี ขึ้นไปในด้าน IT support
- ความรู้พื้นฐาน Windows , Microsoft Office, เครือข่าย IT
- ประสบการณ์ในฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ และโปรโตคอลความปลอดภัย IT
- ทักษะการแก้ปัญหาดี
- **สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ อ.ด่านขุนทด ได้
