Job Descriptions

• Control manpower, attendance, and production plan. • Quality meeting with cross-functional teams and providing solutions for solving quality issues to the team. • Review the production plan to ensure the daily target and quality standards. • Develop programs to encourage production staff to participate in solving and quality improvement. • Analyze production, maintenance and records to identify problems, recommend solutions that will improve performance and control day-to-day production with productivity efficiency to meet the target. • Controlled waste and reduced production costs with planning and corrective action to improve efficiency steadily. • Control day-to-day production with productivity efficiency to meet the target. • Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical, Industrial Technology or any related fields.
At least 5 years experience in Automotive manufacturing and at least 3 years at supervisory level. Rubber / Plastic Automotive parts background is preferable.
Must have knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, Core Tools, 5Why, and other methods in related fields.
Strong leadership, good communication and presentation skills, positive thinking, hard-working, fast learner, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and problem-solving skills.
