Job Descriptions
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers to monitor import shipments - Process shipments under agreed INCOTERMS and coordinate with forwarders/agents to ensure timely delivery - Track shipment status. Collect and approve shipping documents. and distribute them to relevant parties - Collaborate with shipping agents to develop customs clearance and delivery plans that meet customer deadlines - Gather files, documents, and other pertinent information - Represent suppliers at events and exhibitions to attract new customers - Fulfill other assigned tasks as needed
Qualifications
  1. Strong communication and coordination skills
  2. Ability in English and Thai language utilization
  3. Strong understanding of import procedures
  4. Experience with INCOTERMS and knowledge of custorns clearance and delivery processes
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Excellent attention to detail
  7. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  8. Ability to work under pressure
