Job Descriptions
  • Managing the project from planning to completion – Overseeing all project phases, working with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Budget control and financial management – Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and approving payments while maintaining financial limits.
  • On-site supervision – Regular site visits, identifying real-time issues, and providing practical and technical solutions.
  • Regular reporting and updates – Keeping management and clients informed about project status and resolving issues as they are met.

    Qualifications
    1. Previous experience in construction project management – required
    2. Preference for engineers
    3. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently
    4. Experience in budget management, scheduling, and contractor coordination
    5. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with both local and international teams
    6. Good command of English – required
    7. Experience in producing architectural books is a strong advantage.
