Job Descriptions
1.Lead project teams, overseeing all phases from planning to execution and delivery. 2.Develop strategic recommendations tailored to client needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. 3.Serve as a mentor for junior team members, such as interns or lower career level, by providing guidance and transferring knowledge. 4.Actively engage in business development activities, including proposal writing, TOR drafting, and project pitching. 5.Use AI tools to create innovative solutions, streamline workflows, and enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related disciplines.
  2. 3-6 years of consulting or project management experience.
  3. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  4. Effective collaboration with clients at all organizational levels
  5. Advanced skills in AI adoption, problem-solving, and client engagement.
  6. Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  7. Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking capability.
