Job Descriptions
1.รับผิดชอบดูแลการปฏิบัติที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวิเคราะห์ทางจุลชีววิทยาและสารพิษจากเชื้อรา ให้สอดคล้องตามมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 17025 2.ควบคุม ติดตาม การเฝ้าระวังการตรวจสอบคุณภาพวัตถุดิบ ผลิตภัณฑ์ และสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในโรงงาน ทางจุลชีววิทยา เช่น ระบบน้ำ อากาศ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐาน เช่น Swab test, Air test เป็นต้น รวมถึงการควบคุมการสุ่มตัวอย่างให้เป็นไปตามแผน 3.ตรวจติดตามคุณภาพภายใน ตามข้อกำหนด ISO/IEC 17025, GHP, HACCP และ ISO 9001 4.สรุปข้อมูล และแนวโน้มของข้อมูลของการวิเคราะห์ทางจุลชีววิทยา และ Mycotoxin เป็นรายเดือน 5.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของผลวิเคราะห์ และบันทึกคุณภาพ รวมถึงดำเนินการแก้ไขอย่างมีประสิทธิผล
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์, เทคโนโลยีอาหาร, เทคโนโลยีชีวภาพ, จุลชีววิทยา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ทางห้องปฏิบัติการที่ได้รับรอง ISO/IEC 17025 และในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  4. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และการแปรผลทางสถิติ
  5. มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร , มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
  6. มีภาวะผู้นำ
  7. สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้ดี
  8. มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
