Job Descriptions
1. To ensure timely payments to employees while adhering to company policies. 2. Maintain and reconcile accounts payable/advance payment records. 3. Handle advance and claim of employees and resolve discrepancies. 4. Verify the supporting documents and its data accurately and completely. 4. Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting. 5. Maintain accurate financial documentation and audit records.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance.
  2. 2-5 years of experience in AP, vendor management and payment
  3. Accuracy in invoice verification and payment processing.
  4. Experience with SAP, Concur or other accounting software.
  5. English/Chinese proficiency would be advantage.
