Job Descriptions
1.Coordinate with HQ, forwarder, shipping and all concern internal to ensure a smooth import shipment. 2. Solve import problem. 3. Process RMTS Online system such as import raw material, submit new and amendment BOI formula, cutting balance to return max stock. 4. Process eMT Online such as import/return/repair machine and spare part. 5. BOI scrap process. 6. Record import invoice in ERP systems. 7. Checking cost freight each shipment. 8. Record import shipment, expense and process digital approve payment billing. 9. Daily, weekly, monthly import shipment and expense report. 10. Reduce import cost and negotiate freight quotes with freight forwarders. 11. Update BOM, product master data. 12. Other job as assigned
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 18 ปีเป็นต้นไป
  2. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุระกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์การประสานงานนำเข้า - ส่งออกอย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีความเป็นระเบียบสูง / รับผิดชอบ และตรงต่อเวลา
  5. เชี่ยวชาญ Microsoft Office และ ระบบ ERP ได้
  6. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาเกาหลีได้ดี
  7. มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกในการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
