Job Descriptions
Job Description
- Manage over all HR&GA jobs (Labor Relations, Training, Recruitment, Payroll and GA).
- Seting and mornitoring the budget of HR&GA.
- Manage Performance Appraisal, Bonus Payment, Salary increase and Promotion System.
- Control company rules and regulations (including punishment system).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree major in HR Management or related field.
- At least 15 years' experience in HR&GA function.
- At least 5 years' experience in Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Leader position.
- At least 5 years' experience in the manufacturing company.
- Experience in Japanese company will be advantage.
- Good knowledge in Labor Laws, Related Laws and HR&GA Practices.
- Good Team Management Skill.
- Good Command in English.
