Influencer Identification & Analysis: - Research and identify influencers that aligns with the brand’s target audience -Analyze influencers’ background, content, engagement rates, and audience authenticity to select the right partners. Campaign Strategy & Management: - Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, including briefing influencers, negotiating deliverables, managing timelines, and overseeing content creation. Relationship Management: - Cultivate long-term relationships with key influencers to establish strong partnerships. - Maintain a network of influencers and influencers' agencies to ensure ongoing collaboration opportunities. Performance Tracking & Reporting: - Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns. - Track KPIs like engagement rates, traffic, and conversions to optimize future campaigns. Content Collaboration: - Ensure that the content aligns to brand requirements, creative strategy, and campaign objectives. Trend Monitoring & Strategy Development: - Stay current with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and industry shifts. - Suggest new strategies or tactics to keep campaigns innovative and effective. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with the internal teams to ensure the influencer’s content aligns with other marketing efforts and business goals.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of influencer platforms, tools, and social media trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
