Account Management: Support and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers through personalized account management. Reporting & Updates: Provide regular updates to the management team on marketing activities, working closely with relevant departments. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on marketing activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Market Research: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to guide strategy. Client Meetings: Attend meetings to understand clients' marketing needs and contribute to business development strategies. Marketing Alignment: Ensure that marketing plans are aligned with company policies, focusing on quality, cost-efficiency, and impact. Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of regional marketing activities, including resources for human, financial, and logistical needs.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Degree in Engineering or a related field.
EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY
Experience: -3-5 years in progressively senior roles in marketing or business development with a proven track record.
Sales Background: A strong sales background, particularly in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), is highly advantageous.
Regional Expertise: Proven business development success in Thailand, with a focus on cultivating and maintaining client relationships.
Travel: Regional and occasional international travel required.
