Job Descriptions
1.ทำนัดลูกค้า และติดตามงานขายของผู้บริหาร ประสานงานต่อให้แต่ละแผนกจนจบกระบวนการ เช่น ทำใบเสนอราคาลูกค้า เอกสารคอนเฟิร์มการขาย
2.ช่วยงานบริหารงานขายของเซลล์ต่างๆ ยอดขายเซลล์ งานสอนสินค้าและสินค้าใหม่
3.ซัพพอร์ทเซลล์ด้านข้อมูลพิเศษเเละเอกสารพิเศษต่างๆ
4.ทำเอกสารสัญญา(กรณีลูกค้าผ่อนเช็ค)
5.ทำสื่อการสอนตามที่จำเป็นเพื่อสอนเซลล์
6.ดูแลการนัดหมาย การนัดประชุมของผู้บริหาร
7.ติดต่อประสานงานแผนกต่างๆ
8.ติดต่อหน่วยงานภายนอก
9.งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 22– 35 ปี
- ปวส.- ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน โปรแกรม Microsoft Office เช่น Word, Excel ได้
- มีการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- ขับรถยนต์ได้
- พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาจีนและภาษาอังกฤษได้ (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
