Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for the company's search for Thai procurement resources, price comparison, negotiation, signing of procurement contracts, acceptance, invoicing and settlement with Thai suppliers. 2. Understand the procurement and order follow-up process, and be familiar with the work of each link of the order follow-up process. 3. Engaged in data statistics work in the procurement department. 4. Proficient in ERP and Office software. 5. Responsible for the statistical analysis of the delivery date of purchased materials and the changes in delivery date. 6. Have the ability to communicate and coordinate with suppliers and the ability to follow up on procurement orders.
Qualifications
  1. College degree or above, engineering major is preferred
  2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in purchasing and order tracking in production enterprises.
  3. Foreign language is either English or Chinese, and can be used as a working language.
  4. Good price negotiation ability and communication and coordination ability.
  5. Good professional ethics, team spirit, certain stress resistance, and can travel to Shenzhen, China for work.
