Job Descriptions
- Ensure excellent execution in the stores by creating & maintaining excellent relationship with Store Manager and staff - Ensure excellent sales fundamental in the stores are achieved (no out-of-stock, right distribution and assortment, new product on-shelf, good shelving, promotion and merchandising, right pricing) - Comply with company's policies and processes in stores execution - Follow-up with other functions (internal & external) to ensure in-field execution (premiums, POP materials, stocks, etc) - Coach and develop PC in control to work as per their R&R
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related fields
  2. At least 1 years related experience in modern trade, preferably in FMCG business
  3. Strong self-motivation and commitment towards sales target achievement
  4. Ability to work independently with high accountability
  5. Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  6. Good for MS office (Excel, Powerpoint)
