Job Descriptions

1.Daily control production rate and monitor the product quality and inventory level. 2.Ensure good performance of production equipment and instrumentation to ensure that good levels of productivity and product quality are achieved. 3.Issue daily technical production report and monthly production report. 4.Supervise, motivate, and train team members. 5.Analyzing and Continuous improvement of processes to ensure world class standards. 6.Monitor Productivity with the Production team. 7.Analyzing troubleshooting designs not working as planned, asking the right questions, and finding answers that work and preventive actions. 8.Apply knowledge and technology to enhance production lines (such as cost reduction activities and innovation activities) 9.Cooperate with QA, engineering, and planning to meet the product quality. 10.Failure analysis and trouble shooting. 11.Summary production result and report to manager (Daily production report). 12.SOP and process parameters maintenance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Polymer Engineering or other related field.
If experiences of Production Engineer analysis and improvement will be given special consideration.
If knowledge of plastic injection molding or thermoforming industry will be given special consideration.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Have knowledge of Automotive standard IATF16949 & ISO9001 and ISO14001.
Able to use engineering program (AutoCAD).
