Job Descriptions
Technical Service Engineer is responsible to assist Scania branches/dealers in daily problem-solving of technical questions, to support, handle technical cases, find approved technical information on Scania products and services, trouble shooting & diagnose problem via system, over phone and supporting on-site if required. Also, this position has to provide timely and accurate technical assistance to Services team, dealers, and customers and provide remedial action as necessary including coordinate with technical engineering team from Headquarter for technical investigation cases in local markets.
Qualifications
  1. University Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields
  2. At least 3-year experience in automotive technical team, aftersales services, or related areas
  3. Good knowledge in vehicle application, if knowledge about trucks and/or buses would be an advantage
  4. Good team player, open for learning new things, proactive with positive mindset
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skill with customer management focus
  6. Ability to work on own initiative and can work well under pressure and handle multiple task simultaneously
  7. Possess good and effective time management skill and ability to problem solving process
  8. Good Computer skill and IT system knowledge
