Job Descriptions
Job Summary: As a Management Trainee in Payroll and HRIS, you will work under the guidance of senior managers to learn and perform various tasks related to payroll processing and human resource information systems (HRIS). This role is designed to provide comprehensive training and experience in managing payroll operations and HRIS functions, preparing you for future leadership roles. Key Responsibilities: •Payroll Processing: Assist in preparing and processing payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. •HRIS Management: Support the maintenance and updating of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and security. •Data Analysis: Analyze payroll and HR data to generate reports and provide management insights. •Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and HRIS. •Employee Support: Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and issues, providing excellent customer service. •Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to develop a deep understanding of payroll and HRIS processes and systems. •Project Participation: Contribute to HR and payroll projects, including system upgrades and process improvements. Qualifications
  1. Experience: 2-3 years in HR Payroll, Finance or related field.
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
  4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
  6. Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
