Job Descriptions
1.กำหนดนโยบายการทำงาน วางแผนการผลิต พร้อมกำหนดงบประมาณ กำลังคน และระยะเวลาในการผลิต
2.ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินด้านการผลิตให้ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ
3.ติดตามประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและพัฒนากลยุทธ์เพื่อปรับปรุง
4.ทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับการผลิต และนำเสนอให้ผู้บริหาร ลูกค้าหรือผู้เกี่ยวข้องทราบ
5.ติดต่อประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงบริษัทภายนอกเพื่อให้การทำงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
6.อื่นๆที่ได้มอบหมาย
Qualifications
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ เข้ากับบุคคลอื่นได้
- แก้ไขสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้าได้ดี มีความคล่องตัว
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ติดตามงานและส่งมอบงานในระยะเวลากำหนด
- มีความรู้ในสายงานมาแล้ว 3-5 ปี
- อายุ30ปีขึ้นไป
- ปวส ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารและการจัดการ หรือ อื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
