Qualifications

、3年以上建筑工程市场营销经历，建筑学//市场分析专业优先；1. More than 3 years of experience in construction project marketing, major in architecture//market analysis is preferred;
、热爱建筑工程，具有建筑行业经验，从事过采购、销售、市场岗位优先；2. Love construction engineering, have experience in the construction industry, and have worked in procurement, sales, and marketing positions are preferred;
、具有较强的分析、判断、沟通能力，举止稳重；3. Have strong analytical, judgment and communication skills, and behave in a steady manner;
、具备熟练的客户开发能力、商务谈判能力；4. Have proficient customer development and business negotiation skills;
、能承受一定的工作压力，具有良好的团队协作能力；5. Able to withstand certain work pressure and have good teamwork ability;
