Job Descriptions
For our factory in Thailand we are looking for an IT administrator were the main focus in the job is to ensure a stable operation for our Thailand based equipment and infrastructure and be the primary point of contact for IT related issues and problems on site. The global IT platform is managed from Denmark and in technical matters this is the primary reference point. This also include the needed HW and other IT equipment that is primary imported from Denmark in order to use same equipment across all 4 ETK sites. This position is new in our organization Key responsibilities: • Maintenance and support on local infrastructure and servers. • Monitoring and support on communication lines and services. • Maintenance and support in Lan and internal infrastructure. • Installation and support on Computers and other IT equipment. • Support on user setup, access, login’s etc.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher education level
  2. Male or Female, Thai nationality.
  3. Experience with Windows servers and Windows software (Outlook, Sharepoint, VM, SQL etc.)
  4. Experience with IT infrastructure: Switches, Routers, Wan, Lan etc.
  5. Experience with programming (Visual Studio, SQL or other languages) is preferred but not a requirement.
  6. Basic knowledge on RDP, 2FA setup is preferred but not a requirement.
  7. Structured work style and persistent to agreements.
  8. Good communications skill in English.
