Job Descriptions
1. To manage & Control HR&GA Sect.
2. To Follow and monitoring rule implement.
3. Oversees all HR&GA job.
4. Develop & implement HR strategies & Policy.
5. Comply with all labor law and regulations.
6. Any assigned job.
7. Create and maintain a positive and Production work environment.
Qualifications
- Male or Female Age 35-45 years up.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource,or Management related fields.
- Experience : 10 years up in HR Management position (Manufacturing Factory)
- Good Attitude.
- Management skill in Human Resource.
- Good command English skill (Toeic 500 Score up) (Toeic Score)
- Japanese skill will be advantage.
