Job Descriptions
•Lead business development efforts in Thailand, identifying and securing new clients while nurturing relationships with existing customers. •Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve business goals and meet sales targets. •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with tailored product recommendations and solutions based on their specific needs. •Generate new leads and sales opportunities, working to convert prospects into long-term clients. •Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to provide clients with regular product training, updates, and support to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. •Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities in Thailand. •Report on business development progress, analyze market conditions, and adjust strategies to ensure continuous growth. •Lead negotiations and oversee the signing of contracts to ensure successful deals and long-term partnerships. Represent Streamax at local industry events and trade shows to increase brand visibility and market presence.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of business development, sales, or account management experience in the Thai market, preferably in the transportation or smart technology industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the Thai market, including industry trends, customer needs, and local business practices.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  5. Proven ability to identify and create business opportunities, with a focus on driving sales and market penetration.
  6. Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Proficiency in both Thai and English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with local teams and international colleagues.
  8. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently while also being a strong team player.
  9. Good advantages if have HSK score
