Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: Seek new customers and increase sales revenue from existing clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs, focusing on high-performance standards. Collaborate with HOC and planning team to ensure organized plans meeting customer expectations. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and truck owners, while increasing revenue from existing and new clients. Support sales promotion and marketing of cross-border trucking services. Assist sales personnel, manage customer inquiries, and ensure satisfaction and service quality. Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and exceed targets. Coordinate sales activities, manage accounts, and prepare sales reports. Respond to RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs, and provide proposals to potential customers. Submit timely reports to Sales Manager and VP of Sales. Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and achieve company budget targets. Handle additional tasks as directed by the Line Director.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related fields.
Minimum of 2 year experienced in Freight Forwarder/Cross boader.
Possess strong sales hunting skills.
Demonstrated ability to uncover opportunities within existing client relationship as well as to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Strategic thinking with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate in English will be considered an advantage.
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Own car and driving license and able to drive long distance.
