Job Descriptions
Content Creation & Development
• Develop and create content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, and Facebook, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity.
• Define and maintain the Mood & Tone of Healios’s social media presence to resonate with the target audience.
• Craft compelling captions that drive engagement and build an emotional connection with followers.
• Utilize storytelling techniques to create content that resonates with real experiences and challenges women face.
• Stay updated on global beauty and fashion trends to inspire fresh and relevant content.
Photography & Video Production
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos that reflect the brand’s aesthetics.
• Produce lifestyle-focused content such as GRWM, short vlogs, and discussions about real beauty to connect with the audience.
• Create product review videos and informative content to enhance customer understanding of the products.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and posting content as part of the brand’s digital presence.
Social Media Management
• Consistently update and manage Healios‘s social media accounts.
• Develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Use analytics tools to track performance and optimize content strategies based on data insights.
Collaboration with Marketing & Design Teams
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop online campaigns that enhance brand visibility and sales.
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency in all visual and messaging elements.
• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns through strategic content.
Trend-Driven Content Development
• Stay on top of social media trends, viral challenges, and seasonal events to create timely and relevant content.
• Incorporate trending topics and creative ideas to keep the brand fresh and engaging.
Work Arrangement
• Three-month probation period
• Salary based on experience and skill level
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Content Creation or Social Media Marketing.
- Strong skills in photography and video editing (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
- In-depth understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media engagement strategies.
- Creative storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and copy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and supporting women—with the ability to translate this into compelling content.
- English proficiency: Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
- Experience working in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics).
- A portfolio that includes highly engaging content or experience managing a social media account with strong audience growth.
- Work Arrangement : Three-month probation period, Salary based on experience and skill level (negotiable), Hybrid work model (Office located in Pradiphat 17, Bangkok).
