Job Descriptions
- Manage the introduction of new products from design to production. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and quality. - Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of materials. - Oversee qualification and validation of manufacturing processes and equipment. - Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, or product development.
  3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methods.
  4. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  5. Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Experience with risk assessment and mitigation planning.
